What We Do
Our approach to custom publishing is both systematic, ensuring reliability, and flexible, ensuring that we take a unique and open-minded approach to each of our clients. It all starts with a conversation, which we believe is the first step in building a solid plan.
In client meetings, we discuss challenges and objectives and propose approaches and solutions. Drawing upon our many years of experience, we draft an editorial outline — essentially a table of contents — for client approval. Proceeding step by step while maintaining close contact with the client, we layer in fonts, page designs and color palettes. Additional conversation focuses on distribution plans and how best to get the publication to the client’s target audience.
We maintain carefully nurtured relationships with our printing partners and work closely with them to make certain that client expectations are met or exceeded — we make that our job, removing from clients stress that can be associated with the publishing process. After all, it’s what we do every day.
