Sales Manager: Emerald Coast Market (Western Division)

Rowland Publishing seeks an experienced sales manager to not only generate new business revenue and maintain retention of key accounts, but also lead an established sales team to success. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in both print and digital media. Must be highly self-motivated, able to work independently and attend networking events. Additional duties outlined below. The position is located on the Emerald Coast (Pensacola-Panama City Beach), Florida. Base salary, expenses, and earned commission with benefits will be offered. Experienced proven professionals only. Duties

• Lead sales efforts for Rowland Publishing’s titles.
• Manage Western division sales team consisting of W2 and 1099 account executives.
• Lead weekly department meetings.
• Manage driving numbers and ensure budgets are hit individually and collectively
• Work with Associate Publisher for product development and execution.
• Through RPI’s current software systems (Ad Orbit and Smartsheet) schedule/track all components of sales expectations and deadlines.
• Work proactively with all departments to improve workflow and communication to increase productivity and lessen stress and errors.

Account Executive: Emerald Coast Market

Rowland Publishing seeks a professional to build up market share with our 20+ magazine and digital packages. The ideal candidate should have previous sales and marketing experience, in media preferred (both print and digital), and be willing to go the extra mile to serve our customers well and earn new ones. Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, willing to attend events, be detail-oriented, and have excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Must be comfortable handling multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The position is located on the Emerald Coast (Pensacola-Panama City Beach), Florida.
